Moe joined the real estate industry in 2009 after a successful career in the Canadian Forces and transportation logistics management.

Through his military service, Moe developed an expertise for simplifying and managing out-of-town relocations. He understands, having experienced posting season first hand, the stresses and challenges that come along with house hunting trips to Ottawa, tight deadlines, and navigating new cities.  Moe takes the time to carefully understand the needs and desires of his clients and thinks of these desired results in every word and action he takes.

When he does have a minute to himself, Adam thrives on his love for everything sports including watching, playing or coaching basketball, golf, cross-country skiing and hockey.  He has an extensive bobblehead collection, enjoys solving puzzles and playing board games. He currently resides in Trailwest, in Kanata with his beautiful wife Caitlin and Aussiedoodle, Duke.

Born and raised in Sudbury, Pauline has experienced life in many cities around the province of Ontario. She began her journey towards real estate by attending college in London to pursue a career in Commercial Photography. After college, she moved to Toronto and quickly realized that she didn't like the hustle and bustle of the big city. Her career in commercial photography could really only work in a larger centre such as Toronto or Montreal, which didn't appeal to Pauline. Instead, she decided to start a career in real estate.

Pauline moved to Pembroke where she lived for 7 years but realized that the small-town life wasn't right for her either. She has now lived in Ottawa for the last 21 years, where she is happy with the size of the city and loves her home in Nepean, central to all of the Ottawa communities.

Pauline prides herself on her easygoing attitude and she loves helping her Buyers and Sellers through the complicated process of real estate. She strives to help her clients confidently make the best decisions for their families.

In her space-time, you can find Pauline cross country skiing in the winter, gardening in the summer, or playing euchre, listening to live music, going bowling or ballroom dancing at any time of the year!

Lana comes from a small cottaging town near Haliburton, Ontario. She grew up boating and snowmobiling and has always enjoyed the country life. Before moving to the Ottawa region, She attended the School of Media, Art and Design at Durham College in Oshawa. Here, she completed her Contemporary Web Design diploma and learned a great deal about photography, graphic design and basic HTML & CSS coding.

In 2016, Lana brought her design skills to a small real estate team in Manotick, where she learned how to pour those skills into advertising and marketing. She also learned the ins and outs of real estate administration and thrives at helping clients and keeping a team organized. She worked for one other brokerage in Ottawa 's east end before joining the Susan & Moe Team in the summer of 2018.

Lana loves being a part of The Susan & Moe Team because of the fun and caring atmosphere. You just never know what Lana might end up doing for the team! She loves helping her team members with basically anything they need, as well as helping Buyers and Sellers with any questions they may have. When she isn't keeping her team organized, you can find Lana spending time in the outdoors taking photos, or at her home in Arnprior with her husband and their two cats. She loves paddleboarding, hiking, bonfires and relaxing. She hopes to soon purchase a cottage to rent out and enjoy with her husband and future children.
