What’s cuter than a bunch of dressed up pups on the move? Enjoy this afternoon of dogs, food and vendors. Prizes will be given out to best costumed dogs by celebrity judges! So dress up Fido and bring him out to enjoy the day, you are sure to get some awesome Instagram pics!

Featuring 15+ fortune-tellers, and professional psychics who will let you know what the Witch’s New year has in store for you. Mayor Jim Watson invites you to his 19th annual evening of safe Halloween fun in support of the Ottawa Food Bank’s Baby Basics Program. Dress up and enjoy an evening of Halloween activities and treats. Get up close to little creatures and characters and then decorate your very own mini pumpkin!
