Affordable Real Estate

A great thing about this small town is that the real estate prices are still relatively affordable when compared to other hot spots in and around the city of Ottawa. Because of this, the town’s population is steadily growing, especially with this hot market we are currently in. Many Buyers are losing out on bidding wars in Ottawa and Kanata and moving out to Carleton Place instead. However, the real estate market in this neighbourhood is also quite hot and bidding wars are happening here too. The big difference is what you can get in Carleton Place for the price you are paying.
